Creating and managing services
Create a service
- Open Services.
- Select the option to create a new service.
- Enter a name. You can also choose a service group and add a description when needed.
- Set the duration and any Break after service time.
- Enter the price and review the VAT setting shown for your country and account.
- Assign the calendars that can provide the service.
- If Online Booking is active, continue to its settings and decide whether the service should be available there. Configure any displayed daily limit or booking restrictions.
- If an online payment App is active, review the payment requirement or reservation options offered for this service.
- Review the service and save it.
A saved service is not automatically available in Online Booking. It must be enabled for online booking and assigned to an eligible calendar. A price on a service also does not prove that online payment is configured or available.
Organize and update services
Use search and filters on Services to find online-bookable, internal-only, or payment-required services. You can sort by fields such as display order, name, price, or duration. The available filters reflect your active features.
Open a service to edit its details. The overview can also provide actions to duplicate services, place them in groups, change availability, reorder them, or delete selected services. Review the selection before a bulk action because changing availability can affect future booking choices.
Additional-service relationships, installments, payment requirements, and other extended settings appear only when the relevant Apps or account configuration are active. Their absence does not mean the service failed to save.
If a service is missing from booking
- Confirm that the service is enabled for Online Booking.
- Confirm that it is assigned to the calendar the client is booking.
- Check its duration, buffers, daily limit, and other availability rules.
- Check that the calendar has suitable opening hours and no conflicting appointment.
- Ask the practice owner to check your service-edit permission and the account’s service limit.
Use the current service screen to verify your practice’s price, VAT, calendars, and availability. The assistant cannot inspect those values or confirm that a provider collected a payment. Do not include client or payment information in a product-help question.
