Online Courses

Create a course

Open Online Courses and create a course with a clear title and description. Add the lessons or sections in the intended order, then attach approved text, video, files, or links. Save changes before previewing.

Set the course’s price, availability, client access, and purchase settings shown for the practice. Activate any required Online Courses or payment App before making the course public.

Preview and publish

Use the practitioner preview to inspect every lesson, link, download, and client instruction. Then test the client view with a non-production test client. Confirm that an authorized enrolment can open the course and that an unrelated client cannot.

Publishing a change can affect what enrolled clients see. Avoid removing content that clients still need without a migration or communication plan. Keep copyrighted and confidential material within its permitted audience.

Enrolment and troubleshooting

Use the supported purchase or assignment flow to enrol a client. A checkout return alone does not prove access was granted; verify both payment status and course access.

If a course or lesson is missing, check publication status, client enrolment, payment state, active Apps, file availability, and employee permissions. Large or unsupported files may need a different format or approved hosting.

Privacy

Do not embed client-specific material, journals, clinical notes, private video links, credentials, or tracking secrets in course content. Do not paste enrolment details or client activity into an AI Assistant question. The Assistant can explain course setup from reviewed help content, but it cannot inspect a client’s progress.
